Jana Burkhardt is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Recovery Trauma™. Recovery Trauma was born from Jana's own lived experience of trauma, PTSD, grief, nervous system dysregulation, and the long journey of healing and self-discovery. What began as a personal recovery journey has grown into a global community of more than 380,000 followers and supporters worldwide.
