The content is informative and relatable. Is good for kids to adults. It helps with PTSD as well as CPTSD as well as anxiety disorders. I don’t have knowledge of what else these are just my issues. They have a monthly zoom you can get in on I think it’s once a week. Thank you for everything I am learning to gain tools to heal
