- It's a gentle button always visible at the bottom of every page. Tap it any time you'd like to slow down — it opens a small set of trauma-informed regulation tools: box breathing, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, safe-place visualization, body scan, and hand on heart. Use it whenever content feels activating or you simply need a soft pause.

- Go to Profile → Account settings → Delete account. - You can reach our support team any time at info@recoverytrauma.com or via the Contact Support page. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days, and we'll always respond with care.
- Founding Member access is $14.99 USD per month, available only until launch. After launch, standard membership will be $24.99 USD per month. Founding Members keep their rate. Cancel anytime.

- We want members to have a positive experience with Recovery Trauma™. - Go to Profile → Membership → Cancel subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you can re-activate at any time — your journal entries, progress, and saved tools will still be waiting for you. If you need a hand, please email info@recoverytrauma.com.
- This usually happens because of an expired card, insufficient funds, or a bank security check. You can update your payment method in Profile → Membership → Payment. We'll gently retry the charge for 7 days before pausing your membership. If you're experiencing difficulties, please contact our support team at info@recoverytrauma.com. We'll do our best to help and work with you to find a solution.
- Go to Profile → Membership → Payment method → Update card. New charges will use the updated card immediately. If anything feels stuck, please contact info@recoverytrauma.com.

- Recovery Trauma™ works on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox — on desktop, tablet, and mobile. For the best experience, please use a browser updated within the last 12 months.
- Most reading content can be cached after first load, but journaling, community, and audio playback need a stable internet connection.
- A few gentle checks: 1) Make sure your device isn't on silent (on iPhone, the side switch matters). 2) Tap the play button once — most browsers wait for a tap before allowing audio. 3) Try headphones. 4) Refresh the page if the player feels stuck. If you're experiencing difficulties, please contact our support team at info@recoverytrauma.com. We'll do our best to help and work with you to find a solution.
- Yes. Your journal entries are private and are not visible to other members of the community. They are stored encrypted at rest and protected so that only you can see them.
- Please see our full Community Guidelines page. In short: share from your own experience, be kind and respectful, avoid graphic trauma details, don't diagnose others, and use crisis resources for urgent support rather than the community feed.
- Go to Profile → Notifications. You can choose daily check-in reminders, community replies, and live event alerts independently — only the ones that feel supportive to you.
- Yes. Most content is available on demand so you can practise at your own pace, whenever feels right for you.
- No. Only educational workshops may be recorded, and recordings never include participants — just the facilitator's teaching. Community support sessions are never recorded, to protect your privacy and emotional safety.
- Anything still in progress is clearly marked as 'Coming Soon'. We'd rather be honest about what's ready than hide a missing feature behind a placeholder.
