• Email address
• Account information
• Subscription & billing details (processed by our payment provider)
• Preferences and in-app settings
• Usage data (pages visited, features used)
• Journal activity (entries, reflections, dream logs)

Your information is used only to:

• Provide and operate the Recovery Trauma™ services
• Improve functionality and user experience
• Maintain security and prevent abuse
• Communicate with you about your account or important updates

Recovery Trauma™ does not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access) to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

We use a small number of essential cookies for authentication and session management. Privacy-respecting analytics may be used to understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the platform — never to identify individual users beyond what is required to deliver the service.

We work with trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, error monitoring). These providers process data on our behalf under written agreements and may not use your information for their own purposes.

Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Billing history is kept only as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

You may request the following at any time by contacting us:

• Access to the personal information we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Export of your data in a portable format
• Deletion of your account and associated data

Recovery Trauma™ is a wellbeing, education, self-help, and community platform. It is not a healthcare provider or a HIPAA-covered entity, and information you share with the platform is not Protected Health Information under HIPAA.

If you are a US resident, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA in California and comparable laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others). See our US Privacy Rights Notice for details and how to exercise these rights.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account settings, or by emailing us. Active subscriptions are cancelled automatically; journal entries, reflections, and community posts are permanently removed within 30 days.
