A positive data log is a notebook — physical or digital — where you record small moments that don't fit a negative core belief. It's designed to counter the mind's habit of filtering them out.
First, pick the belief you want to soften ('I'm unlovable'). Then each day, write down any small piece of evidence, however tiny, that doesn't fit. 'My sister rang me.' 'A stranger smiled.' 'A colleague thanked me.'
Do this for weeks, not days. The point isn't any single entry — it's the cumulative weight of noticing. Over time, the mind's filter starts letting different information through.
