⚖️ Evidence For & Against

Two columns. What the mind is saying, and what's actually true.

📖 5-minute read

Anxious thoughts are prosecutors — they only present evidence for the case. This skill invites you to be your own defence lawyer and gather the other side too.

Evidence For: the actual facts (not feelings) that support the thought. Evidence Against: the actual facts (not hopes) that don't fit the story.

The rule: only observable, provable evidence counts. 'I feel like a failure' isn't evidence — 'I finished the project' is.
