Letter to your younger self

Write a short letter to yourself at the age you first felt unsafe. Tell them what they needed to hear.

Comfort object

Hold something soft. Imagine offering it to your younger self. Stay with the warmth for a few breaths.

Journal prompts

  • What did I love as a child that I've stopped letting myself enjoy?
  • What would my younger self thank me for today?
