Practices & exercises
Child's pose, supported
Kneel and fold forward over a pillow or blanket. Let your forehead rest. Stay as long as it feels kind.
Legs up the wall
Lie on your back with your legs resting up a wall for 3–5 minutes. Soften your jaw and shoulders.
Three-part breath
Inhale into the belly, then ribs, then chest. Exhale slowly in reverse. Repeat for 1 minute.
